气管冲洗治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征临床观察

目的：探讨气管冲洗治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征（MAS）的临床效果。方法将72例MAS患儿随机分为两组，各36例。对照组予以常规清理呼吸道等处理，观察组在对照组基础上应用气管插管气管内滴入沐舒坦冲洗液0．5～1ml反复冲洗。结果观察组患儿治愈率高于对照组（P＜0．01），上呼吸机率低于对照组（P＜0．05），住院时间短于对照组（P＜0．01），气胸和持续肺动脉高压发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）；两组病死率和其他并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论对新生儿MAS进行气管冲洗治疗可显著改善患儿的肺氧合功能，促进病情迅速康复，临床效果确切。

The clinical observation of the treatment on meconium aspiration syndrome with the tracheal irrigation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tracheal irrigation in the treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome （MAS）.Methods Seventy-two children with MAS were randomly divided into two groups （ n =36,each）.The control group was trea-ted with conventional clearance of airway ,while the observation group was given additional treatment of intratracheal drip of 0.5 to 1ml mucosolvin each case through tracheal intubation .Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.01）,the utilization rate of respirator was lower （ P 〈0.05） and the hospital stay was shorter （ P 〈0.01）.The incidence rates of pneumatothorax and consistent PAH of the observation group were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in mortality rate and the complication rate between the two groups .Conclusion The treatment with trachea ir-rigation on MAS patients can significantly improve the pulmonary oxygenation function and promote the recovery of the patients with def -inite curative effect and less complications .
