| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）及肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）含量改变在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者中的临床意义。方法选择CHF患者194例,根据美国纽约心功能分级分为心功能I级-IV级4组,分别检测血浆NT-proBNP、cTnI及肾功能（肌酐）,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 CHF各组血浆NT-proBNP水平均高于健康对照组（P〈0.05）;心功能II、III、IV级组血浆cTnI水平均高于健康对照组（P〈0.05）,且随心力衰竭程度的加重,血浆NT-proBNP和cTnI水平逐渐增高。结论血浆NT-proBNP及cTnI水平均随心力衰竭程度的加重而增高,两者均对CHF诊断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the level of the plasma NT-proBNP and cTnI in patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods One hundred and ninety-four patients with CHF were selected and divided into cardial funtion I ~ IV groups in accordance with NYHA. NT-proBNP,cTnI and Cr were measured and compared with that of healthy control group. Results The levels of the plasma NT-proBNP and cTnI in CHF group were higher than those of the healthy control group（ P〈0.05） and the levels of cTnI of group II,III and IV were higher than those of the healthy control group（ P〈0.05）,and the levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI increased with aggravation of heart failure. Conclusion Both the levels of the plasma NT-proBNP and cTnI increased with aggravation of heart failure are of important diagnosis value to the patients with CHF. |
