两起中学生结核病疫情分析

目的：了解两所中学学生结核病感染情况和患病特征,分析学校结核病疫情爆发的原因,提出防控策略。方法：对2012年安徽省发生的两起中学聚集性结核病疫情进行分析。结果：防控措施未落实到位、教室环境差、健康教育被忽视、学生体育锻炼不够和疾控机构日常疫情监测和风险评估工作不及时等,是导致学校结核病疫情的重要因素。结论：病例的聚集性明显,流行病学关联明确,提示当前中学结核病疫情防控工作存在问题,需要进一步加大防控力度,降低危害性。

Analysis of Two Tuberculosis Epidemic Situations in Middle School Students

Objective： To understand the situations of tuberculosis（ TB） infection and disease characteristics in two middle schools,and to put forward epidemic prevention and control strategy after analyzing the causes of the school TB outbreak. Methods： The data of TB epidemic situations were analyzed in two middle schools of Anhui province in 2012. Results： Prevention and control measures were not in place,classroom environment was poor,health education was ignored,the students＇ physical training was not enough,and the CDC daily epidemic monitoring and risk assessment were not in time,which played an important role in TB epidemics. Conclusion： Case aggregation and epidemiological link are clear,which suggest that there are some problems in the TB prevention and control in middle schools. The prevention and control should be strengthened to reduce the harmfulness of TB.
