四联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床效果及安全性研究

目的探讨四联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床效果及安全性。方法将90例小儿消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,各45例。对照组患儿采用奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联疗法治疗;观察组患儿采用铋剂＋奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋呋喃唑酮四联疗法治疗。观察两组临床效果及不良反应情况。结果 90例患儿均完成治疗疗程,未因不良反应而终止治疗。观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%（P〈0.05）;观察组幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用四联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡,能有效根除Hp,提高治疗效果,且不良反应少。

An efficacy and safety study on the quadruple therapy of peptic ulcer in children

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of bismuth,omeprazole,amoxicillin,furazolidone quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children. Methods Ninety cases of peptic ulcer patients chosen as the research objects were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 45,each）. The control group was given omeprazole,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin therapy. The observation group was treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin,bismuth,and furazolidone treatment. The curative effect and safety of two groups were observed. Results Ninety patients completed the treatment course and did not terminate the treatment because of adverse reactions. The total cure rate of the observation group was 95. 56%,higher than 82. 22 % of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） eradication rate（ 93. 33%） was higher than that of the control group（ 73. 33%,P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bismuth,omeprazole,amoxicillin,furazolidone quadruple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer can effectively eradicate Hp with better curative effect and less adverse reactions.
