摘    要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中头孢克洛浓度。方法:以头孢拉定为内标,HPLC法测定。结果:头孢克洛的线性范围为0.25~30μg/ml,回归方程为y=0.1105+0.0817x,r=0.9995,最低检测浓度为0.125μg/ml,日内RSD为1.61%~3.54%,日间RSD为2.15%~5.08%。结论:主要药代动力学参数与文献报道相似。

Abstract:AIM A HPLC method was established for the determination of cefaclor in human plasma. METHOD Cefradine was used as internal standard. HPLC method was used. RESULTS The range of calibration was 0. 25-30 ?g/ml(y=0. 1105 + 0. 0817x,r = 0. 9995). The minimal detectable drug concentration in plasma was 0. 125 ng/ml. RSD whinin-day was 1. 61% - 3. 54%. RSD day-today was 2. 15%-5. 08%. CONCLUTION The pharmacokinetic parameters are similar to those reported in foreign journals.
