| 摘 要： | 目的 优选痛经贴的乙醇渗漉提取工艺条件.方法 以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、浸泡时间、渗漉速度为因素,以汉黄芩素提取率为评价指标,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,用L9(34)表进行正交实验.结果 优选工艺条件为以10倍量50%乙醇为溶剂,浸泡36h,渗漉速度10mL/(min·kg).结论 优选工艺提取效果理想.
