| 摘 要： | 2001年2月-2005年8月,笔者采用手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,疗效确切,报告如下。1资料与方法1·1一般资料本组84例,男44例,女40例;年龄28~62岁,平均45·3岁;病程7 d~10年;有明显外伤史者18例,长期低头工作者42例,其他24例。按照随机数字分治疗组和对照组:治疗组42例,男27例,女15例;年龄29~61岁,平均47·5岁;病程8 d~10年,平均2·5年。对照组42例,男25例,女17例;年龄28~62岁,平均45·9岁;病程7 d~9年,平均2·1年。两组间性别(2χ=0·20,P>0·05)、年龄(t=0·42,P>0·05)、病程(t=0·51,P>0·05)比较,均无统计学意义,具有可比性。1·2诊断标准参…
