| 摘 要： | 医学院校担负着向社会输送合格医师的重任,合格医师的要求既包括医师的专业操作技能,也包括医师的人文医学执业技能.但由于目前我国医学生的培养仍然偏重于理论专业知识的学习,以至向社会输送的医务人员不能很好地完成医疗卫生服务,社会还要对医师的人文医学执业技能再次补课.因此,医学院校要通过各种途径加大对医学生人文医学执业技能的培养,保证向社会输送各项技能合格的医务人员.

| Abstract: | The medical college is responsible to deliver qualified doctors to society. Qualified doctors must have professional operation skill and cultural medicine profession skill. But the education of our medical students is laid particular stress on theoretical professional knowledge. The medical staff who are carried to society cant support medical service very well. The missing lessons of cultural medicine profession skill must be made up. Cultural medicine profession skill of medical students is brought up by medical college in many ways to guarantee to send qualified medical staff to society. |
