临床输血护理技术操作流程的规范

优化临床输血护理技术操作流程,科学合理实施输血,提高输血疗效,保障输血安全。输血技术从单一的全血输注发展到成分输血,包括红细胞、血小板、冷沉淀和血浆等血液制品,目前,与临床输血发展相适应的护理技术流程远远不能满足临床规范输血、保障病人安全的需求。通过40545例次配血标本的收集与处理和血液输注护理,依照相关文献和临床输血技术规范要求,分析总结出从采集血样到血液输注完毕的临床输血护理技术操作流程,补充和完善了《护理学基础》输血操作内容。

Standardization of Work Flow for Clinical Blood Transfusion
