| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用尿激酶局部溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值。方法对45例下肢深静脉血栓形成病例，从患肢远端浅静脉注入大剂量尿激酶。结果临床治愈28例，有效15例，无效2例。有效率为95．6％。结论经患肢远端浅静脉注入大剂量尿激酶溶栓并辅以抗凝疗法，治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成安全、有效，可作为首选方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo assess the va lue of local application of urokinase in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis i n the lower extremity. MethodsIn 45 cases of deep vein t hrombosis in the lower extremity, big dose urokinase was administered via the di stal superficial vein of the affected limb. ResultsCliln ically cure was obtained in 28 patients, effectiveness in 15 patients, ineffecti veness in 2 patients.The total efficacy was 95.6%. Conclusion Local application of urokinase via the distal superficial vein of t he afffected lower limb for deep vein thrombosis is safe and effective, and may be used as the first choice treatment. |
