摘    要:目的:研究红毛五加总苷(TGA)对脑缺血大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用及机制.方法:采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉建立脑缺血模型,检测大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:脑缺血模型组大鼠Y-迷宫试实验中,正确反应次数明显低于假手术组(P<0.01);跳台实验中,错误次数和受电击时间明显高于假手术组(P<0.01);脑组织SOD活性低于假手术组(P<0.01)、MDA含量高于假手术组(P<0.01).TGA能明显抑制脑缺血大鼠以上指标的异常改变.结论:TGA能明显改善脑缺血所致大鼠学习记忆障碍,作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关.
