| 摘 要： | 本文采用人胎盘后血为原料,经Sephadex G 200,DEAE-Sephadex A-50层析,等电聚焦电泳,Sepharose 4B负亲和层析技术,从胎盘后血清中分离、纯化出PZP纯品,经8.0％聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳,免疫电泳和双向免疫交叉试验,证实其为单一的成份。

| Abstract: | Pregnancy zone protein (PZP) is a serum protein found in pregnancy and after administration of oral contraceptives. PZP is isolated from retroplacental blood. Purification of this protein was achieved in four steps- 1) Gel filtration on Sephadex G 200; 2) Chromatography on DEAE-Sephadex A 50; 3)Iso-electrophoresis; 4 )Chromatography on Sepharose 4B. It was proved that this PZP is a single component by using the techniques of 8. 0% polyacrylamide electrophoresis, immuno-logical electrophoresis and double immunodiffusion. |
