分年龄段辨证论治功能性子宫出血43例疗效分析

目的:探索分年龄段辨证论治功能性子宫出血的有效方法。方法:根据中医理论和病因病机,对青春期、育龄期、围绝经期妇女分别采用补肾养血、理气活血、清热凉血、滋养肝肾、补气摄血五法调固冲任治疗3个月经周期。结果:痊愈24例(55.81%),显效10例(23.26%),有效6例(13.95%),无效3例(6.98%),总有效率为93.02%。结论:用中医辨证治疗功能性子宫出血,能探源求本,标本兼治,在临床获得了良好效果。

Therapeutic evaluation on 43 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with differentiation syndromes in different age stages

Objective:To explore the effective method of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with differentiation syndromes in different age stages.Methods:According to TCM therapy and cause of disease and pathogenesis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,43 women,including adolescence age,breeding age and postmenopause age,were treated with nourishing kidney and blood,regulation vitality and activating blood,clearance heat and cool blood,nourishing kidney and maintenance liver and complement vitality and taking blood for three months respectively.Results:24 cases were completely recover(55.81%),the cases with remarkable effects were 10(23.26%),6 cases were effective(13.95%)and non-effective cases were 3(6.98%);total curative effect ratio was 93.02%.Conclusion:Using dialectic methods of TCM therapy to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding could explore its original source and essence and treat thoroughly outer and inner disease,also has the better curative effects.
