渗漉法和回流法提取丹参药渣中脂溶性成分的比较研究

摘    要:目的探讨水提后丹参药渣脂溶性成分的提取方法及其最佳工艺条件,为丹参药材的综合利用提供依据。方法以丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标,采用正交设计优选最佳提取工艺,并进行对比、验证。结果渗漉法的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度为95%,乙醇用量为16倍,流速为1mL/min,药材目数为20目,含量高达3.279mg/g。回流法的最佳工艺为:95%乙醇,乙醇用量为10倍量,提取时间为1.5h,含量高达3.216mg/g。结论丹参酮ⅡA提取含量高,渗漉和回流两种提取方法无明显差异,丹参的综合利用完全可行。

Abstract:Objective In order to develop comprehensive utilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza to investigate the extraction technology of the liposoluble components from its herb residue.Methods With tanshinone Ⅱ A as index, adopting orthogonal design to optimize the extraction process.Results The optimal conditions of percolation extraction were namely using drug powder of 20 meshes added alcohol 95% of 16 fold amount with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The optimal refluxing was, added alcohol 95% of 10 fold amount and extracting for 1.5 h.Conclusion There was no signifi cant difference between the results with the two methods.The result had shown that the comprehensive utilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza was feasible.
