江苏省市售保健食品标识现况调查与分析

对１０７种市售保健食品的标识内容进行了逐项登记调查。结果显示：未经卫生部批准的非法产品占调查总数的１４．０２％,标识总合格率为４１．１２％,本省与外埠食品的标识合格率之间无统计学差别;虽然大中小型商店,药店所销售的保健食品的标识合格率之间存在显差别,但均处于较低水平;提示市售保健食品的标识问题普遍存在,尤其是保健功能的任意夸大,扩大或超出现象以及应标注而未标注“注意事项”的问题较为突出,必须引起

A Survey of Market Healthfood's Label in Jiangsu

kinds of market healthfood's labels were surveyed, 14. 02% of them were not licenced,qualified rate of the labels covered 41. 12K and no statistic significance existed between local province and other provinces. Though qualified rate of labels have significant difference in shops and drug store of different sizes in market,both shops and drug stores were kept at low level. It indicated that problems of healthfood's labels were very common,two of problems were very distinct,one was the exag- geration the functions of healthfood,another was "cautiousness" were not noted. These problems must bring about high atten- tion of the inspection organizations. We recommended that manufactures should strengthen obey the law and should to strengthen the awareness of application for licence,meanwhile,law executives should strengthen inspection force and publicity to raise identification ability of consumers as well as self-protection awareness.
