急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化

摘    要:目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸(UA)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法分别检测100例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和40例健康体检者(对照组)血清UA和hsCRP水平,脑梗死组按病灶大小和病情轻重分三组(大病灶组、中病灶组、小病灶组),采用t检验和方差分析方法比较各组UA、hsCRP水平的不同。结果脑梗死组UA(357.46±69.42)μmol/L、hsCRP(16.48±2.87)mg/L水平明显高于对照组[(235.24±71.56)μmol/L、(1.39±1.07)mg/L](t=6.271、5.923,均P〈0.01);脑梗死组中大、中病灶组UA和hsCRP水平明显高于小病灶组(t=3.242、2.965、3.531、4.351,均P〈0.05),大病灶组UA和hsCRP水平明显高于中病灶组(t=3.682、3.541,P〈0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清UA和hsCRP水平明显增高,且对预测脑梗死病情严重程度有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of UA and hs-CRP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to evaluate their value for predicting acute cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of UA and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction(n = 100) and healthy controls(n = 40) were measured respectively,And three groups were provided as the size of lesion and degree. Results The levels of UA and hs-CRP in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.01). The levels of both UA and hs-CRP in patients with large and medium size lesions were significantly higher than those in patients with small size lesions(P <0.05). The levels of both UA and hs-CRP in patients with large size lesions were significantly higher than those in patients with medium size lesions(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of UA and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction increase significantly,the levels of UA and hs-CRP are closely correlated with the degree of cerebral infarction,which may be of great value in predicting acute cerebral infarction and the severity of cerebral infarction.
