小鼠柯萨奇B_3病毒感染与胸腺等免疫器官继发性萎缩的关系

摘    要:本文用CVB_3感染BALB/G小鼠,结果表明:在感染过程中,免疫器官的受累以胸腺最为明显,脾脏次之。肠系膜淋巴结未见著变。胸腺、脾脏重量和镜下的改变,ANAE强阳性率的变化与心肌炎发展的不同阶段至为密切,与极期变化最重,胸腺和脾脏的重量分别缩小为对照组的1/5和1/2。此外,拒食和体重下降等营养因索,也起一定作用。

Abstract:The authors made an escperiment that Coxsackie virus B_3 infected BALB/C mice. The result showed that during the infection the thymus was involved hardest, the speen involved also, but the mesenteric Lymphaden had no apparent changes among lmmune organs. The weight changes of thymus and speen under a microscope and the changes of strongly positive ratio in ANAE had close relations with the different developing periods of myocarditis and if was the most changeable in crises. The weight of thymus and speen decreased by a fifth and a half respectively. Losing appetite, decrease of weight and other factors of nutrition had also played some roles compared with the conlrol groups
