关于综合性医院SARS防控几个问题的思考

人类对传染性非典型肺炎的完全了解还有较长的路要走，还有很多工作要做。对非典防治方面的经验教训及时总结，有利于控制和减小非典疫情造成的损失。本文结合我院2004年非典防治工作实际，对警惕SARS病毒传播途径、强化传染病防控基础工作、严密注意SARS疾病治疗过程中的继发感染和吸取教训等问题进行了思考探讨。

On the Problems of Prevention and Control of SARS in a Polyclinic Hospital

There is still a long way for us to go and a lot of work to do before obtaining the complete understanding of SARS.An immediate summary on the experiences and lessons of fighting against SARS is helpful for controlling SARS and minimizing the damages caused by it.Combined with the practical work against SARS in the authors' hospital in 2004,the authors have made exploratory discussion on the problems of finding the ways of preventing SARS from spreading,emphasizing on the basic preventing and controlling work,paying close attention to the secondary infection,etc.This article also deals with something about the lessons from prevention of SARS.
