芒硝外敷配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的观察及护理

目的探讨芒硝外敷配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果,以进一步提高盆腔炎治疗的综合疗效。方法将90例慢性盆腔炎的患者按入院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采用芒硝外敷配合中药保留灌肠治疗并给予相应的护理措施;对照组患者按照常规治疗并给予相应的护理措施。观察2组患者治疗后的效果。结果实验组患者中,经过芒硝外敷配合中药保留灌肠治疗,总有效率为90%,效果明显优于对照组患者,2组比较有显著性差别(P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎具有明显效果且操作简便,容易被患者接受。

Observation and nursing on mirabilite compress combined with reserved enteroclysis of Chinese herbal medicine in chronic pelivc inflamation

Objective To explore the effect of mirabilite compress combined with reserved enteroclysis of Chinese herbal medicine in chronic pelivc inflammation in order to improve the comprehensive curative effect of chronic pelivc inflamation. Methods 90 patients with chronic pelivc inflamation were divided randomly into intervention group and control group. The patients in intervention group received mirabilite compress combined with reserved enteroclysis of Chinese herbal medicine as well as routine nursing. Those in control group received routine treatment and nursing. Then the effect of two groups was observed. Results The effective rate of intervention group was 90%, which was better than that of control group. There was significant difference in effective rate between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Mirabilite compress combined with reserved enteroclysis of Chinese herbal medicine is effective to chronic pelivc inflamation and simple to operate and accepted by patients easily.
