摘    要:目的通过两点法腰硬联合麻醉(CSEA)与一点法的比较,评价两点法穿刺的可行性和安全性,以及术后镇痛的效果。方法 70例下腹部手术,患者被随机分为两组,分别用上述方法(CSEA两点法或一点法穿刺),比较他们的麻醉剂量及术后硬膜外镇痛(VAS评分)。结果两点法硬膜外用药量明显比一点法用药量少,术后镇痛效果优于一点法,但对循环干扰无统计学意义。结论两点法腰硬联合麻醉避免了一点法穿刺的风险,提高了用药安全度,减少了局麻醉药中毒的风险,提高了术后镇痛质量。

Abstract:Objective Through the two-point method of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) and a point puncture of comparison,evaluation of two point puncture the feasibility and safety,as well as the effect of postoperative analgesia.Methods 70 patients with lower abdominal operation,the patients be randomly divided into two groups,using separately the above methods(two-point method of CSEA or a point puncture),compare their anesthesia of dosage and postoperative epidural analgesia(VAS scores).Results Two point method of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) of dosage obviously less medication than a point puncture,superior to the latter of postoperative analgesia,but to cycle interference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Two-point method of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia to avoid the risk of a point,improving medication safety,reduces the risk of local anesthetics poisoning,improve the quality of postoperative analgesia
