锁骨下静脉置管两种回血方法的效果比较

目的探讨锁骨下静脉置管两种回血方法的安全性及实用性。方法将120例锁骨下静脉置管患者随机分为两组,观察组60例,采用将输注0.9%生理盐水的输液器调节开关放置于毛菲式滴管以下5cm处,向上牵拉关闭状态的调节器1cm,观察锁骨下静脉置管管腔回血。对照组60例,采用5ml注射器回抽管腔内回血,见到回血后使用配置的肝素盐水脉冲式封管。结果实验组回血率高于对照组、外露管腔可视回血量均衡4±2cm,护理操作时间≤36s,导管感染率降低（P〈0.05）。结论使用输液器调节开关负压原理回血法较注射器回血法外露管腔可视回血量均衡,护理操作快速、简单,避免因管腔内回血量过多污染输液装置而增加导管感染率,提高了护理工作的安全性、有效性,具有临床实用价值。

Comparison with the two back to the blood methods of subclavian vein catheter effect

Objective Explore the safety andpracticality of Two blood backmethodsof subclavianvein catheterization.Methods 120 cases of subclavian vein catheterization patients were randomly divided into two groups,then experimental group of 60 cases and put the infusion adjustment switch of 0.9% saline infusion under the Murphy’s dropper at 5 cm,and then Pulled up a closed state regulator 1 cm.Observed subclavian venous catheter tube cavity back to the blood.The control group of 60 patients,were used the 5 ml syringe withdrawing intraluminal blood back and were used the heparin saline pulse sealed tube configuration heparin saline pulse sealed tube after been see the blood back.Results Experimental group was higher in the blood back ratio,and exposed lumen visualization back to the blood balanced(4 ± 2) cm,the operation time ≤ 36 seconds,Catheter infection rates were reduced(P < 0.05).Conclusion It is more balanced in exposed lumen visualization back to the blood using Infusion adjustment switch negative pressure principle back blood mage than the syringe back blood way,and quicker and simpler care.It can avoid increased catheter infection rates for lumen back to the blood too much pollution infusion device and improve the safety and effectiveness of care work.It is valuable in clinical utility.
