| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视纤维喉镜与医学影像工作站联接在诊断治疗喉部疾病中的价值。方法采用电视纤维喉镜与医学影像工作站联接对425例喉部疾病患者进行检查及各种治疗。结果425例患者均顺利接受检查,其中218例声带息肉、声带小结给予切除,24例喉癌、喉乳头状瘤、喉结核患者行病理确诊,17例喉异物取出。结论电视纤维喉镜与医学影像工作站联接在诊断治疗喉部疾病中是非常有效的工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of the connection of video fiber laryngoscope and medical image workstation in diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal diseases.Method The connection of video fiber laryngoscope and medical image workstation was used in diagnosis and treatment of 425 cases of different kind of laryngeal diseases.Result 425 cases were examined and all of them were diagnosed correctly.Among them 218 cases of vocal cord polyp and vocal cord node were excised,24 cases laryngocarcinoma,larynegeal mastoid tumor and laryngophthisis were diagnosed correctly through pathologic examination,17 cases foreign bodies in larynx were removed.Conclusion The connection of video fiber laryngoscope and medical image workstation is a new excellent and effective combination instrument in diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal diseases. |
