公务员疲劳型亚健康二级干预方案的临床研究

摘    要:摘要] 目的 了解亚健康干预措施对亚健康及疲劳型亚健康的影响,为亚健康及疲劳型亚健康的防治提供依据。方法 采用自制《公务员亚健康调查表》对参加体检的广东省4个税务部门843名公务员进行亚健康现况调查,对数据进行描述性分析、t检验、χ2检验。结果 广东省税务部门公务员亚健康总现患率为69.5%,疲劳在亚健康人群中的现患率为61.2%;亚健康干预前后,实验组亚健康分布频数比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.103,P =0.003);实验组疲劳型亚健康分布频数比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.129,P =0.008)。亚健康干预前后,实验组疲劳型亚健康严重程度分布频数比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.251,P =0.006);其中轻度、中度疲劳型亚健康分布频数比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.596,P =0.002;χ2=4.466,P =0.035)结论 二级干预对公务员疲劳型亚健康具有确切疗效。

Abstract:Abstract] Objective To investigate the variation of the sub-health condition of civil servants by the intervention measures, and to provide reference for sub-health condition control. Methods 843 civil servants were surveyed using the self-made sub-health questionnaire. The datas were analyzed statistically using Independent-Samplest-test,χ2 -test. Results The total prevalence rate of sub-health and fatigue was 69.5% and 61.2% in the civil tax departments of Guangdong province.There was a significant difference in the distrubution of sub-health between before and after the intervention group(χ2 = 9.103, P = 0.003).There was a significant difference in the distrubution of fatigue sub-health between before and after the intervention group(χ2= 7.129, P = 0.008).There was a significant difference in the distrubution of the severity of fatigue sub-health between before and after the intervention group (χ2= 10.251, P = 0.006).There was a significant difference in the distrubution of Mild and moderate fatigue between before and after the intervention group (χ2= 9.596, P = 0.002; χ2= 4.466, P = 0.035). Conclusion The sub-health intervention measures can effectively improve the Sub-health and fatigue sub-health of civil servants.
