摘    要:目的 观察白介素-1受体拮抗剂对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后神经元功能修复的影响。方法 SD大鼠110只,随机分为假手术组30只,生理盐水组40只和IL-1Ra治疗组40只。采用改良Allen氏打击法建立大鼠急性脊髓损伤模型。在建模后1h,48h,72h获取损伤段脊髓标本,免疫组织化学染色检测NF表达,运用改良Rivlin斜板实验和BBB评分对大鼠脊髓功能进行行为学评分。结果 IL-1Ra治疗组NF的表达及行为学评分方面明显优于生理盐水组,差异有显著性。结论 IL-1Ra对大鼠急性脊髓损伤模型损伤段脊髓有保护作用,可能与IL-1受体拮抗剂增加NF表达,抑制局部炎症效应有关。

Effect of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist on the repair of neuronal function after spinal cord injury in rats
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist on the repair of neuronal function after spinal cord injury in rats. Method:110 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:IL-1Ra group,Normal saline group, sham-operated group.The SCI model was introduced using the Allen’method. The injured spinal cord tissue samples were harvested at 1 h,48h,72 h postoperatively for the preparation of continuous histological sections that were analyzed the expressionof NF by immunohistochemistry method.Results: The cells in the injured spinal cord tissue expressed significantly more NF in the IL-1Ra group than the normal saline group (P<0.05).Pathological changes in the spinal cord, IL-1Ra treatment group was significantly better than the normal saline group.Condusion: IL-1Ra on acute spinal cord injury model of spinal cord injury has a protective effect may be related to IL-1 receptor antagonist Increases NF and inhibiting the local inflammatory effect.
