| 摘 要： | 目的对比高屈曲度假体（PFC-RPF）与传统旋转平台假体（PFC-RP）全膝关节置换术（TKA）早期临床效果的差异。方法选取2007年10月至2008年10月期间97例（142膝）行PFC-RPF和PFC-RP接受全膝关节表面置换术的膝关节炎患者,根据手术部位以及假体使用情况随机分为4组。对手术后HSS评分、髌骨评分、膝前痛评分、髌骨功能评分及胫股角进行比较。结果患者术后随访的HSS评分、髌骨评分、膝前痛评分、髌骨功能评分均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,行单膝置换胫股角差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,行双膝置换胫股角差异无统计学意义。结论两种关节假体均能达到效果,但是单膝置换采用PFC-RPF者屈曲度优于PFC-RP,双膝同时置换屈曲度差别不明显。
