| 摘 要： | 志贺菌是细菌性痢疾的重要病原体.其致病机制复杂,包括细胞机制和免疫机制等多方面.此文就志贺菌M细胞转位与上皮细胞感染抑制炎症反应、逃逸宿主细胞的吞噬作用及诱导巨噬细胞凋亡方面的研究进展作了综述.

| Abstract: | Shigellae is an important pathogen cause of bacillary dysentery. The pathogenic mechanisms of Shigellae are complicated which include cell mechanism and immunologic mechanism and so on. In this paper, the research progress on microfold cell translacation and epithelium cell infecton, control ing inflammatory reaction, escaping the host cell and inducing macrophage apoptosis are reviewed. |
