摘    要:氧化应激是糖尿病及其并发症的主要发病机制.褪黑素可以通过直接清除自由基、提高抗氧化酶的活性及基因表达、抑制一氧化氮合酶(N0S)的活性、线粒体的保护作用等多种机制阻断氧化损伤途径,对糖尿病及其并发症,如糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病心血管并发症,发挥抗氧化保护作用,减轻并延缓病变的发生、发展.对褪...

Abstract:The major mechanism of diabetes and its complications is oxidative stress. Melatonin blocks the pathway of oxidative damage by directly scavenging free radicals, stimulating the activity of antioxidant enzymes and gene expression, inhibiting nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity, protecting mitochondria. It protects the body from oxidative injury and delays the development of diabetic complications such as diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic cardiovascular disease. Melatonin will provide a new way for the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
