| Abstract: | Bone metastasis is a common complication in patients with malignant carcinoma. This process involves interactions between metastatic cancer cells and bone microenvironment. The two common pathological types are osteolytic and osteoblastic metastasis. Damage to the bone is closely associated with tumor growth. |
