摘    要:网络扩大法(NSU法)基于社会学"社会网络"理论,调查过程避免了直接估计难以计数的人群规模,可行性强;一次调查可以同时估计多个人群,被认为是一种较有应用前景的估计方法.此文主要就NSU法的历史背景、原理及应用、最新进展等方面进行综述.

Abstract:Network scale-up (NSU) method which based on the theory of social network in sociology is a new method developed recently mainly to estimate the sizes of hard-to-count populations. It is easy to conduct into practice, since the process requires only contacting with the general population and not specifically with the hidden and hard-to-count population. The method is relatively inexpensive and offers the advantage of being able to estimate the sizes of several different populations in a single survey. NSU seems to be a promising method in estimating sizes of hard-to-count populations. The introduction in aspects of background, theory and recently research development about NSU are reviewed.
