| Abstract: | Background Propofol was commonly used as intravenous anesthetics,which has a rapid onset,short duration of action and high security. But 30% to 70% of patients have side effect of pain on injection,which impact on the psychosomatic health of patient seriously.Objective To provide effective clinical therapeutic strategy for alleviating the pain of propofol administration,and provide new ideas for developing new propofol agents. Content We summarized various hypothesis and mechanisms of inducing pain on propofol injection by analyzing and reviewing the investigation and progression about the mechanism of pain on propofol injection at home and abroad.Trend From these reviews,we want to provide some suggestion and reference for treatment of pain on propofol injection |
