髓系抑制细胞抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫机制及相关免疫治疗的研究进展

摘    要:髓系抑制细胞为未成熟的髓系细胞,在肿瘤组织中大量聚集。髓系抑制细胞可通过多种机制抑带0细胞毒性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞。自然杀伤T细胞对肿瘤的杀伤或通过诱导调节性T细胞(Treg)抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫从而促进肿瘤进展,因而抑制髓系抑制细胞将成为肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) are immature myeloid cells that are associated with tumor progression. M DSC can suppress the killing function of cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL), nature killer cell(NK) and nature killer T cell(NKT) , MDSC can also induce immune tolerance to tumor antigens by expanding regulatory T cells. As MDSC can induce tumor progression by multiple mechanisms, more and more researches focus on augmenting endogenous antitumor immunity by suppressing the function of MDSC.
