摘    要:体内外动物模型实验发现,红景天苷对多种原因引起的各种神经细胞和脑组织损伤均有保护作用.其神经保护作用机制涉及多个方面:(1)通过对抗氧化应激、防止细胞内Ca2+超载、抑制胱冬酶-3活化以及抑制缺氧诱导的淀粉样前体蛋白异常代谢,保护神经元免遭凋亡性损伤;(2)促进干细胞定向分化为神经细胞,诱导神经发生;(3)促进红细胞生...

Abstract:In vitro and in vivo animal model experiments have found that salidroside has protective effect for various causes induced injuries in various neurons and brain tissue.Its mechanisms of neuroprotection are multiple:(1)Protecting neurons from apoptotic injury by resisting oxidative stress,preventing intracellular Ca2 + overload,inhibiting caspase-3 activation,and attenuating hypoxia-induced abnormal metabolism of amyloid precursor protein;(2)promoting directional differentiation of stem cells into neurons and inducing neuronal regeneration;(3)promoting erythropoietin stimulating erythroblasts to be differentiated into erythrocytes and decreasing cerebrovascular resistance,and improving cerebral hypoxia-ischemia.Salidroside is expected to be used in the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemic and neurodegenerative diseases,such as cerebral infarction,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and diabetic encephalopathy.
