| 摘 要： | 采用西德欧波同Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧＥ型激光机对４０眼开角型青光眼施行小梁成形术，降眼压效果明显，总有效率９５．０％（３８／４０）。提示Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光小梁成形术是治疗开角型青光眼有效的手段之一。

| Abstract: | Using Nd:YAG laser trabeculaplasty to treat POAG( primary open angle glaucome) 40 eyes could significantly decrease IOP. Effective rate was 95.0%(38/40).It shows Nd:YAG laser trabeculaplasty is one of good method to treat POAG. |
