腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水32例临床体会

目的探讨自身腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床价值。方法对32例顽固性腹水患者在利尿、保肝等治疗的基础上,腹水超滤浓缩后回输腹腔,观察治疗效果。结果 32例患者经过治疗,临床症状得到迅速明显的好转,腹围减小,无严重不良反应。总有效率71.9%。结论腹水超滤浓缩回输术治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水,方法简便易行,安全可靠。
