| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴儿型多囊肾(Infantile polycystic kidney disease IPKD)的超声诊断价值。方法应用常规超声与高频超声检查相结合的方法,对常规超声检查可疑的IPKD患者进一步进行高频超声检查,重点观察双肾及肝胆情况。结果 8例IPKD患者常规超声显示双肾回声增强,皮髓质界线不清,高频超声均显示出了其内多发、散在小囊肿。6例合并肝脏门静脉周围纤维化、肝内胆管扩张。结论婴儿型多囊肾有其典型的声像图表现,高频超声在婴儿型多囊肾的诊断中有重要的实用价值。
