| 摘 要： | 目的观察棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法入选病例60例,随机分为两组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论棓丙酯联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效确切。
