CyclinE和P27、P53在皮肤癌中的表达及相关性

目的探讨细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)和P27、P53在皮肤癌中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测30例皮肤癌组织中CyclinE和P27、P53的表达情况。分析三者与皮肤癌Broders标准分级之间的关系,以及CyclinE与P27、P53的相关性。结果皮肤癌组织CyclinE、P27表达与对照组比较显著升高(χ2=12.05;χ2=25.15,P<0.05)。在各级鳞癌组织间比较,CyclinE和P53表达差异明显(χ2=9.84;χ2=8.85,P<0.05);P27在鳞癌组织中的阳性率较对照组低(χ2=3.98,P<0.05),P27在鳞癌组织各级间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.16,P>0.05)。结论 CyclinE、P27、P53在皮肤鳞癌中有异常表达,在皮肤鳞癌中的发生发展中可能起一定作用。

Correlation of CyclinE,P27 and P53 protein expressions in skin cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and their relationship of CyclinE,P27,P53 skin cancer.Methods The expression of CyclinE,P27,P53 in cancer tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between these three and the Broders standard classification,and the correlation of CyclinE and P27,P53 WERE ANALYZED.Results Expression of CyclinE,P27 in skin squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than in control group（χ2=12.05;χ2=25.15,P0.05）.P27 in squamous cell carcinoma was lower than those in the control group（χ2=3.98,P0.05）.Compared between squamous cell carcinoma at all levels,expression of CyclinE and P53 was significantly different（χ2=9.84;χ2=8.85,P 0.05）and expression of P27 was not significantly different（χ2=1.16,P0.05）.Conclusion There is abnormal expression of CyclinE,P27 and P53 in skin squamous cell carcinoma.The abnormal expression play a role in the development of squamous cell carcinoma in the skin.
