美托洛乐与卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

目的 探讨美托洛乐与卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的疗效.方法 原发性高血压患者286例.随机分为卡维地洛组146例,美托洛乐组140例,观察两组治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗8周收缩压、舒张压变化并进行比较.结果 两组治疗前和治疗2周收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组治疗4周、治疗8周收缩压、舒张压比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 卡维地洛是一种新型非选择性β受体阻滞剂,能够有效的对轻、中度高血压进行治疗,达到良好的临床效果,安全性良好;并且具有多方面的心脏、血管保护作用.卡维地洛控制血压效果明显优于美托洛尔.
