| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨GCS得分与CT图像之间的关系.方法 511例颅脑损伤患者连续进行10 mm厚度和区间CT切片扫描,根据CT图像得分和临床GCS标准,CT图像计分理想总分为15分,依据积分情况分为轻型(≤5分)33例,中型(6～10分)247例和重型(≥11分)231例.GCS评分为:轻型(13～15分)61例,中型(9～12分)311例,重型(3～10分)139例.结果 两种评分之间比较差异无统计学意义.结论 CT图像计分与GCS评分在颅脑损伤病情分级存在相关性,随着GCS评分病情的加重而CT图像计分呈增高的趋势.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between GCS score and CT images.Methods 10 millimeter thickness and interval CT slices scanning were carried out consecutively in 511 cases with carniocerebral injury,according to clinical GCS score and CT images standard,CT images total score ideal for 15 points,based on integral condition cent light ≤ 5 points） 33 cases,medium（6~10 points） 247 cases and heavy（≥11 points） 231 cases 11 points.GCS score for： light（13 to 15 points） 61 cases,medium（9~12 points） 311 example,heavy（3~10 points） 139 patients.Results The difference between the two score was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion CT image scoring with GCS score after craniocerebral injury classification correlativity exists,with illness aggravating illness GCS score and CT images in scoring with increased trends. |
