| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨肝源性溃疡患者的临床特点,临床诊断及治疗情况。方法回顾性分析26例肝源性溃疡患者的临床资料。结果消化道出血21例,非出血者5例。内镜检查可见胃或十二指肠有活动性出血和(或)有血痂附着的溃疡病灶。21例溃疡出血患者采用内镜治疗,3例患者转入外科行外科手术治疗。结论肝源性溃疡的发生率高,临床症状不典型,常以上消化道出血为首发症状。内镜检查是肝源性溃疡出血确诊的主要依据。
