| 摘 要： | 目的探讨烧伤患者的抢救与护理方法。方法对22例烧伤患者迅速建立静脉通道,补充血容量,保持呼吸道通畅,对吸入性损伤患者立即协助医生行气管切开;严格无茵操作,烧伤创面彻底清创;加强心理护理。结果本组治愈率97.65%,好转2.35%,总有效率达100%;未发生休克、感染等并发症。结论大面积烧伤患者在及时的治疗、观察同时配合正确的护理方法,可提高治愈率,促进创面再生修复。
