| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部手术切口的缝合方法,优点及疗效。方法回顾性分析1999年8月至2010年9月。使用改良缝合方法438例,上腹部手术168例,下腹部手术270例。结果 438例病例中除有3例直肠癌根治术后因体质肥胖,皮下脂肪液化,经换药后痊愈。2例大肠癌梗阻,术后切口裂开,二期缝合痊愈。其余全部甲级愈合。结论该方法缝合快捷方便,手术切口瘢痕小,无任何切口并发症,很值得推广运用。
