| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前后血清可溶性CD40L(sCD40L)、sFas和sFasL水平的变化及意义.方法 应用放免法对40例慢性心力衰竭患者进行了治疗前后血清sCD40L、sFas和sFasL的检测,并与40例正常健康人作比较.结果 在慢性心力衰竭治疗前,患者血清sCD40L、sFas和sFasL水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),治疗后2周,则与正常健康人组比较差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 检测慢性心力衰竭患者血清sCD40L、sFas和sFasL水平的变化对了解病情、观察预后均有重要的临床价值. |
