腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床经验和优势。方法回顾性分析126例阑尾炎患者,观察组(73例)采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,对照组(53例)采用传统的开腹治疗,比较二者的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间和并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等特点,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation of laparoscopic appendectomy
