| 摘 要： | 目的 观察床边无肝素血液透析滤过(HDF)对伴有严重出血倾向的急慢性重症肾功能衰竭治疗的安全性与有效性.方法 43例重症急慢性肾功能衰竭患者合并严重出血倾向进行床边无肝素血液透析滤过治疗,观察血滤器凝血情况及血滤器容量下降率.结果 43例在进行床边无肝素血液透析滤过中无一例因出血死亡,首次血滤器凝血情况及容量下降率较复用的血滤器好.结论 对有严重出血倾向的急慢性重症肾功能衰竭患者采用床边无肝素血液透析滤过是安全有效的方法.
