| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导经皮穿刺肝脓肿引流术的临床应用价值。方法对36例肝脓肿行超声引导经皮穿刺引流术。结果 36例穿刺术均获成功,成功率100%(36/36),随访15~180 d,症状明显好转,病灶缩小或消失,无一例发生并发症。结论超声引导经皮穿刺肝脓肿引流术,方法简单,安全有效,创伤小,可取代外科手术治疗肝脓肿。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of drainage for liver abscess by needle Punctuer.Methods Thirty-six patients with liver abscess were drainage by needl puncture under Ultrasonography.Results All Thirty-six patients were successfully processed,the success rate were 100%(36/36).The patients were folloed up for 15~180 days after treatment.The thera peutic effect showed that all patients had significant erlief of symptoms.The focus shrinked or disappeared.No complications occurred.Conclusion The method o... |
