| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者332例随机分为观察组和对照组各116例,观察组采用手法牵引加中药热敷等康复治疗方法,对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗。结果治疗15 d后,观察组治愈74例、好转84例、未愈8例,总有效率95.8%。对照组治愈56例、好转50例、未愈60例,总有效率63.9%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法与中草药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著,值得推广。
