| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析68例腺性膀胱炎患者临床资料。所有患者均经经尿道电切术及术后膀胱灌注吡柔比星(THP)治疗。定期行膀胱镜检查。结果 68例患者随访6~36个月,平均18个月。治愈50例,好转11例,复发6例,癌变1例。结论经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of transurethral resection combined with intravesical instillation of Pirarubicin for cystitis glandularis.Methods 68 cases of cystitis glandularis were reviewed.68 cases of cystitis glandularis were treated with transurethral resection combined with intravesical instillation of Pirarubicin.After surgery cystoscopy was periodically performed.Results 68 patients were followed up for 6~36 months.Theaverage time was 18 months,50 casesrecovered fully,11 cases improved... |
