| 摘 要： | 目的观察负荷运动后大鼠5羟-色胺阳性反应物的变化。方法用组织化学和图象分析方法观察大鼠纹状体神经原内5羟-色胺阳性细胞的变化。结果负荷运动后大鼠纹状体神经原5-羟色胺细胞免疫反应增强(P<0.01)。结论 5羟-色胺阳性反应物增加这可能与大运动量后躯体运动协调性发生变化有关。
