| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫肌瘤手术的术式选择。方法对我院2006~2008年收治的612例子宫肌瘤的患者手术方式进行回顾性分析。结果筋膜外子宫切除术123例占16.67%;筋膜外子宫切除加卵巢囊肿剥除术21例占3.43%;筋膜外子宫切除加单附件切除术11例,占1.80%;筋膜外子宫切除加双附件切除术12例,占1.96%;筋膜内子宫切除术264例,占43.14%;筋膜内子宫切除术加卵巢囊肿剥除术51例,占8.33%;筋膜内子宫切除术加单附件切除术24例,占1.96%;子宫切除术47例,占7.68%;肌瘤剜除术68例,占11.1%。结论手术方式应根据患者的年龄、肌瘤生长部位、对生育的要求决定,并尽量保留卵巢功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of the operation for the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods The method of the operation of 612 cases hysteromyoma were reviewed retrospectively.Results 264 cases(43.14%) were carried out the intrafascial complete hysteromyoma.Conclusion The operative ways should be decided by patients ages,the location of the hysteromyoma,and the procreation patients. |
